Location: Saskatoon

Work Schedule: Night shift, Monday – Thursday, 5:45 pm to 4:15 am

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic & professional individual to add to our Maintenance Team as Maintenance.

Key responsibilities for Maintenance position
  • Reference machine operation and maintenance manuals to perform scheduled, unscheduled, and breakdown maintenance and / or cleaning of equipment, machines, and facilities
  • Identify and resolve potential safety hazards
  • Perform simple to complex equipment and tool troubleshooting
  • Establish and Maintain accurate preventive and scheduled maintenance records for both production machines and physical plant equipment
  • Develop maintenance-related training materials
  • Develop recommended spare parts lists for key equipment
  • Ensure required parts are properly identified and communicated to be ordered in a timely manner. Work with Supply Chain to ensure correct items are available and are maintained at the proper levels within SAP and in the Market (warehouse)
  • Some knowledge of OEE and Visual Maintenance.
  • Be responsible for general maintenance and facility cleanliness (i.e., snow removal, landscaping, refuse removal, providing janitorial supplies, installing light bulbs, and other similar activities)
  • Conduct regular tests of safety equipment (Exit signs, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, etc.) to ensure safety / operational standards
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement meetings to bring an informed Maintenance perspective to the discussion and help walk the team through an optimal decision-making process
  • Inspect materials and equipment, as and when required, to detect defects or malfunctions
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts to reduce scrap and cycle times, improve efficiency, and eliminate waste within the company’s production environment
  • Advise production and senior management on significant maintenance trends affecting the facility, with proposals for improvement
