Qualifications

• Licensed Millwright with Ontario or Inter-Provincial 433A certification.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts.
• Able to work in varied environments including elevated or confined spaces.

• Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

What Youll Do :

• Conduct preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Safely perform duties while adhering to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and working in varied indoor / outdoor environments.
• Perform tasks across multiple maintenance trades including welding, pipe fitting, lubrication, and fabrication.
• Complete work permits, order parts, and maintain accurate work orders.
• Collaborate with other team members to keep production on track.
• Follow MRO and MRP processes and systems.

What You Bring :

• Ontario or Inter-Provincial 433A Millwright Certificate (Full License)
• Legally entitled to work in Canada and at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in elevated or confined spaces
• Basic computer proficiency and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Comfortable working in environments with noise, dust, and temperature variations.
• High school diploma or equivalent
