Job Description

Role: Tech Lead B - Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice

Location: Ontario, California

Compensation: $28.73 - 31.10/hour

Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate for applicable hours

Schedule: Night shift after training on days; ability to work holidays and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to operators
• Complete equipment repairs
• Communicate machine downtime and issues
• Support machine operation and break coverage as needed

Qualifications

• Safe work habits
• Strong mechanical maintenance background
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals
• Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, rebuilding, lifting, rigging, lubrication
• Proficiency with hand and specialty tools
• Understanding of precision measurement
• Knowledge of TPM, AM, and PM principles
• Flexible to support business needs, including holidays, weekends, and overtime
• Responsible, mature, reliable attendance
• Teamwork and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently
• Computer skills, SAP system experience
