Mucci Farms is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across greenhouse, packhouse, and facility environments in Kingsville, Ontario. This leadership role oversees maintenance supervisors and technicians, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while driving continuous improvements aligned with production goals.

Formación

• Post secondary education in mechanical or engineering technology (diploma or degree), asset
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in plant maintenance
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role
• Champions CMMS (Eptura) software
• Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience
• Ability to prioritize, plan and schedule with a production team
• OHSA knowledge within Ontario
• Experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing improvements
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Windows and MS Office proficiency
• Thorough safety and compliance mindset

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all preventative and corrective maintenance initiatives across greenhouses, packhouse, and facilities
• Oversee maintenance Supervisors and Technicians across local operations
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency
• Ensure mechanical, electrical, HVAC, irrigation, and automation systems operate safely and reliably
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of equipment failures in a timely manner
• Manage third-party contractors and service providers
• Champion the use of preventative maintenance software to track inventory, turnaround times and project completions
• Direct maintenance activities related to facility and equipment repair and installation
• Communicate daily with operations to prioritize maintenance activities and escalate issues
• Coordinate work of outside contractors to optimize safety and cost efficiency
• Maintain PM schedules aligned with production needs
• Ensure maintenance documentation is complete and up to date
• Greenhouse systems: maintain climate control, irrigation, fertigation, and water systems
• Packhouse: oversee packaging lines, conveyors, grading/sorting, robotics; ensure audit readiness
• Assist with equipment purchases and participate in pre-start reviews
• Train and mentor maintenance staff; enforce SOPs and safety policies
