Qualifications

• Postsecondary education is required and a skilled tradesperson credential is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory/management role in automotive or high‑speed manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
