We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our residential maintenance team at Langara Gardens, located in Vancouver’s Oakridge area (West 57th and Cambie). Langara Gardens is a well-established, 21-acre community that includes 23 garden units and 4 high rise towers totaling 600 rental units. The role is responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of their assigned properties and building systems to ensure satisfied tenants and efficient building operations.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, safety-minded, and solutions-focused individual with 2-3 years of experience performing hands-on repair and maintenance. A friendly, respectful attitude with both tenants and team members is essential, especially when responding to repair requests or emergencies. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks and thrives in a dynamic, residential environment.
