    • Work Alongside Our Maintenance Foreman: Assist in completing tasks that make each job site shine, from start to finish.

  • Care for Our Tools and Equipment:

    • Conduct routine inspections of equipment before use.

    • Flag any issues to the Foreman to ensure everything stays in top condition.

  • Be a Safety Champion: Actively participate in safety meetings (toolbox talks) and always use the correct personal protective equipment to stay safe on the job.

We would love to chat with you if the following describes you:

  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working alongside others to achieve shared goals.

  • Customer-Focused: You’re dedicated to delivering exceptional service, always leaving a positive impression.

  • Effective Communicator: Your strong oral and written communication skills help you connect with teammates and clients alike.

  • Mechanically Savvy: You can troubleshoot equipment issues with ease and keep things running smoothly.

  • Plant Knowledge Enthusiast: You know your way around local plant life and are ready to put that expertise to good use.

Whether it’s extreme heat, chilly mornings, or a light drizzle, you’ll embrace the weather and make the most of every day. Additionally, shifts are scheduled as 4 x 10h days, giving you a 3-day weekend.

We’ve got your comfort in mind—dress in layers, or grab your sunscreen when the sun’s shining, and be ready to tackle whatever nature sends your way.
