You will report to the Maintenance Field Manager and whether you’re mowing pristine lawns, tending to vibrant gardens, or ensuring every detail shines, you’ll be surrounded by teammates who share your dedication to excellence and love for the outdoors.

Physical Requirements of the Role:
This position is 100% labour and as such, individuals must be in good physical condition and be able to lift weights of more than 50 lbs, bending, crouching, twisting, and standing/walking for long periods of time.
Work Environment
As a Landscape Maintenance Labourer, your “office” is under the open sky, and no two days are the same. You’ll experience all the elements, from sunny days to rainy ones, and even the occasional snowflake. Whether it’s extreme heat, chilly mornings, or a light drizzle, you’ll embrace the weather and make the most of every day. Additionally, shifts are scheduled as 4 x 10h days, giving you a 3-day weekend.
