Job summary

Fulcrum Engineering & Technical are recruiting electricians skilled & improvers for wiring, maintenance, and installation work. The role covers installing cable tray, racking, cables and using mobile platforms to access heights. Temporary contracts from 4 to 8 weeks are available, with varied hours each week.

Pay scales indicate Skilled Electricians £28/hr Mon-Fri, £34/hr Sat; Improver £21+; Semi-Skilled Mates £17–£20+; travel/lodging may apply depending on distance.

Qualifications

• Experience installing electrical cable tray, racking and cables.
• Experience using mobile platforms for height access.
• Safe removal of electrical systems and components.
• Work in Fab Shop and assist with installations when busy.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems in factories and process plants.
• Move between work areas and lay down areas as required.
• Assist with checks and reinstatement fitting work.

We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar roles,

Electricians Skilled & Improvers & Semi Skilled/Mates with IPAF

Working Install & Maintenance Work.

Installing electrical cable tray, racking, cables.

Using Mobile Platforms to work at height.

Working on the safe removal of electrical systems & .

larger items such as Conveyor Lines, Process Machinery, Palletiser Machines & Robot, Motor & Pump Units

Moving from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Also semi skilled applicants can apply if they can cover most of the work depending on their skill set. Working mainly in the Fab Shop some workers may be asked to help out when really busy on installation work on factories/process plants.

Hours = 0700 to 1730 or to 1900 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 4 to 8 weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract - Electrician Skilled = £28 per Hr Mon to Fri, £34 per Hr Sat, Improver/Skilled = £21 + per hr up to 60 hrs £26 + per hr Sat Depending on Skills/Quals Fork Ops £19 to £22 per hr and Semi Skilled Mates = £17 to £20 + hr & £21 to £24 per hr Sat

Travel Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site

Lodge Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site
