Job summary

Fulcrum Engineering is seeking Industrial Install & Maintenance Electricians for temp contracts around 4 to 8 weeks. Roles involve installing cable trays, racking and cables, and working at height with IPAF-equipped platforms.

The team covers both skilled electricians and improvers, with a Fab Shop focus and potential installation work on factories and process plants. Hours typically 7:00–17:30 or 7:00–19:00, with possible 6:00–13:30 Saturdays during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Electricians with IPAF qualification and experience in installation and maintenance.
• Experience installing electrical cable tray, racking and cables.
• Work in fab shop and assist with installation on factories/process plants.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical cable tray, racking and cables in industrial settings.
• Use mobile platforms for work at height and support with checks and reinstatement.
• Assist with moving between work areas and handling conveyor lines, motors and pumps.

Electricians Skilled & Improvers & Semi Skilled/Mates with IPAF

Working Install & Maintenance Work.

Installing electrical cable tray, racking, cables.

Using Mobile Platforms to work at height.

Working on the safe removal of electrical systems & .

larger items such as Conveyor Lines, Process Machinery, Palletiser Machines & Robot, Motor & Pump Units

Moving from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Also semi skilled applicants can apply if they can cover most of the work depending on their skill set. Working mainly in the Fab Shop some workers may be asked to help out when really busy on installation work on factories/process plants.

Hours = 0700 to 1730 or to 1900 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 4 to 8 weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract - Electrician Skilled = £28 per Hr Mon to Fri, £34 per Hr Sat, Improver/Skilled = £21 + per hr up to 60 hrs £26 + per hr Sat Depending on Skills/Quals Fork Ops £19 to £22 per hr and Semi Skilled Mates = £17 to £20 + hr & £21 to £24 per hr Sat

Travel Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site

Lodge Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site
