Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to read and write the English language.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, patchwork, painting preferred.
• Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow the home’s Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Regularly perform tasks described in the maintenance programs.
• Complete repairs including painting, wall repair, and small leaks.
