Position Summary

The Maintenance position is responsible for performing established maintenance procedures, emergency repairs, grounds/garden maintenance, and scheduled preventative maintenance assignments, consistent with West Perth Village (Ritz Lutheran Villa)’s Mission, Vision and Values.

Salary

$25.47 - $28.30 per hour

Qualifications

• Education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Abilities
  • Ability to repair all types of equipment
  • Horticulture experience considered an asset
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Good physical condition with the ability to regularly use tools, equipment, lift, push and pull
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
