Ontario Northland is seeking a Maintenance Execution Coordinator to support the Supervisor, Maintenance Planning EAM. This role ensures the smooth transition from planning to on-site work and provides visibility and control over maintenance activities.
You will monitor work orders, coordinate with technicians, manage resources, and use EAM systems to track assets, labour, and materials. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

The Maintenance Execution Coordinator provides comprehensive on-site support to the Supervisor, Maintenance Planning EAM, ensuring the smooth execution of scheduled work and the timely resolution of issues within the function. The role supports the seamless transition from planning and scheduling to work execution, providing visibility and control over maintenance activities through the effective use of EAM systems. Acting as a key resource, the Maintenance Execution Coordinator assists with daily operational challenges, maintains data accuracy, supports adherence to established plans, coordinates response efforts during emergencies and breakdowns, and promotes effective system utilization to support the Business Unit’s asset management objectives and operational excellence.
