Reporting to the Manager or designate, the successful candidate will operate, maintain, and repair building systems and equipment. They will perform trade duties approaching the journeyman level in one or more construction trade areas. Responsibilities include working on building demolition, renovation, and construction tasks, and may involve building system operation and/or maintenance. The role also includes carrying out related administrative duties and supervising designated staff.
- Graduation from a recognized program in power engineering.
- Three (3) years recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Certificate of competency as 4th Class Power Engineer.
