Hiring Requirements

Title: Shift Maintenance - Electrician

What do we manufacture?

Required Shift:

12 Hour continental shifts, rotating between days (7am - 7pm) and nights (7pm - 7am)

Pay: From $45 per hour.

Bonus (AVP): Target bonus of 5% of base pay, depending on company performance.

Merit Pay: Increase to base pay once per year based on performance.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for on-shift preventive & predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of breakdowns across production & utilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Adhere to safety & quality standards
• Complete preventative & predictive maintenance using CMMS (eMaint)
• Repair, adjust, and maintain machinery
• Prioritize maintenance calls and support team
• Participate in continuous improvement and training

Technical Experience:

• Certified Journeyman – 309A or 442A with proof of apprenticeship and 2+ years’ experience
• Experience with AC/DC control systems, PLC/HMI, VFD troubleshooting
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
• Strong computer skills
