Flex-N-Gate is seeking an experienced maintenance electrician to repair and maintain electrical equipment in our Windsor, Ontario facility. The role involves installing new equipment, programming robots, interfacing with PLCs and HMIs, and contributing to a preventative maintenance program.
The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 diploma and a 422A license in Ontario, with strong mechanical/ electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to read schematics.

JOB SUMMARY:
Repair, and maintain all electrical equipment in and on the facility. Install new equipment, power feeds and distribution. Must change End of Arm tooling and programs for robots when molds are changed. Must be able to create new robot programs, to connect online with plc’s and successfully troubleshoot problems. Must be able to create plc programs and HMI programs. As well work to a preventative maintenance program. Be able to work within a team of maintenance personnel to repair, troubleshoot and maintain injection molding equipment and electrical systems including building, robotics, PLC’s and distribution equipment.
