A Day In The Life

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with both customers and the customer service team. The position is responsible for effectively planning, coordinating, and scheduling all maintenance contracts to ensure the ongoing reliability of our customers' commercial kitchen equipment. The individual also supports various departments by organizing and tracking maintenance activities, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients.

What You Bring

  • High school education required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in customer service
  • Experience with a current ERP system an asset
  • Knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment is an asset
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability and proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
