*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. How You'll Perform the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining inventory, purchasing, and issuing of all parts and various tools. This person is also responsible for maintaining buying relationships from various vendors as well as shopping various vendors for price and product quality.

• Manage daily inventory of the Parts room, ensuring all parts and tools are received and entered into the company inventory in a timely manner.


• Order and maintain an accurate inventory of all parts and tools on hand.


• Communicate with Operations and other department representatives using the computer technology, which provides an audit trail on all purchases.


• Ensures parts room is clean and organized.


• Maintain a clean and safe work area by keeping the parts room neat and orderly and performing regular housekeeping.


• Other duties/projects as assigned.

What We Need From You

• High School diploma or equivalent


• At least 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced position or equivalent experience.


• Basic knowledge of maintenance parts, purchasing and inventory control.


• Excellent communication, leadership, project management and relationship building skills


• Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities


• Strong organizational and presentation skills


• High motivation and results-oriented work ethic


• Proficiency in analytical tools and databases, including MS Excel and PowerPoint is required and some experience working with SAP, Coupa, E-Maintenance, and Adobe strongly preferred.
