What Do You Need To Be Successful

• 3-5 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi-residential asset class.
• Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & mechanical systems, and painting.
• Proficient with basic handheld and electrical tools.
• Pride in working collaboratively on a team and independently.

What Will You Do

Maintenance Associates (Live In) contribute to the successful operations of our multi-unit apartment complexes. This role is responsible for responding to resident requests for repairs, providing preventative and repair maintenance to building systems and equipment, and upkeeping apartment units and grounds to Hazelview standards. The role also responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
