WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :

  • 3-5 years of experience in building systems and maintenance, preferably in a multi-residential setting.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional resident service through excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Keen knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical systems, and painting.
  • Proficiency with basic handheld and electrical tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

Maintenance Associates (Live In) contribute to the smooth operation of our multi-unit apartment complexes. They respond to resident repair requests, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment, and maintain apartments and grounds to Hazelview standards. The role also involves responding to emergency situations during and after hours to address safety concerns.
