Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will inspect premises, track costs, and support housekeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Must be capable of performing physical duties including movement of heavy objects.
• Familiar with and able to perform minor repairs to facility and equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, heating, water, gas, mechanical, plastering and painting.
• Ability to manage budget and track costs for work performed.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine repairs and minor maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing equipment and building.
• Paints, performs minor carpentry and maintains exterior grounds.
• Regularly inspects the premises for safety and maintenance, reports findings to supervisor.
• Supports housekeeping and maintenance duties as required and acts in a role of trust with residents.
