Qualifications

• Journeyperson Parts Technician certificate is required.
• Five years of related experience in parts, maintenance, or a service shop environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance or inventory systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and provide customers with repair updates.
• Source and order parts; track deliveries, backorders, and returns.
• Liaison with vendor management inventory supplier.
• Support work order preparation and maintain accurate records.
• Work with maintenance teams and suppliers to resolve delays and support repair priorities.
• Contribute to safe work practices, cost control, and process improvements.
