Magellan Aerospace, Winnipeg has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Maintenance at our Rockwood Propellant Plant. The Rockwood facility is located just 20 minutes North of Winnipeg, near Stony Mountain, MB.

This role supports the maintenance trades, performing tasks to keep facilities in safe, reliable condition. Candidates should have trades-related experience, basic maintenance knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, read and communicate in English, and follow instructions

Qualifications

• Experience in trades related work preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and general maintenance required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints.
• Ability to work safely at all times.

Essential Responsibilities

Helps any of the maintenance trades as outlined and may carry out lesser skilled tasks on their own. Maintenance provides support for the general upkeep of the facilities as required. Work assignments shall not conflict with the Trades Qualification Act or applicable Codes or Legislation.

Position Requirements
