Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic or technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for keeping machines—especially blow molding equipment—running smoothly and efficiently. Experience in plastics manufacturing is a big bonus!

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair blow molding and other manufacturing equipment
• Perform routine maintenance to avoid breakdowns
• Set up, adjust, and maintain machines for top performance
• Work with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Identify root causes of issues and prevent future problems
• Recommend improvements for operations
• Ensure all safety devices are working properly
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Support other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or mechanical repair (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to fix and troubleshoot issues
• Experience with welding, cutting, and fabricating tools
• Good understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Physically able to lift 20+ lbs, and stand, bend, or twist for long periods
• Detail-oriented and strong at solving problems
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Must have your own hand tools
