Job summary

McDonald’s Canada in Calgary is seeking a maintenance team member to help keep our restaurant safe, clean, and well-maintained. The role involves hands-on work to support guests and crew, with opportunities to learn and grow.

You will handle daily responsibilities such as troubleshooting, maintaining store areas and equipment, and performing repairs during day or night shifts. We value trust, curiosity, and a practical approach to getting the job done right the first time.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, leveraging knowledge of safety regulations and equipment.
• Multi-tasking in between troubleshooting, tending to store areas and appliances during your shift, and repairing décor and equipment, whether it’s during the day or throughout the night.
• Managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping on top of the various tasks with limited supervision.
