Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a Maintenance associate to help keep our kitchens, dining areas, and facilities in top condition. You will perform routine inspections, address equipment issues, and assist with repairs on a rotating shift basis to ensure a safe and welcoming guest experience.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering reliable upkeep of restaurant equipment and spaces.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, leveraging your knowledge of safety regulations and equipment.
• Multi-tasking in between troubleshooting, tending to store areas and appliances during your shift, and repairing décor and equipment, whether it’s during the day or throughout the night.
• Managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping on top of the various tasks with limited supervision.
