Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution.

Mandatory: Mainframe Experience, Payments - Business Analysis

Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. At least 5 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or similar role in an agile environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.
  4. Proficient in using Agile tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
  5. Ability to work independently, proactively and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  6. Passionate about delivering high-quality products that solve real-world problems and delight customers.
  7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  8. Experience with geographically distributed teams.
  9. Active involvement in Agile communities.
  10. Understanding of traditional Waterfall approach and transition to Agile ways of working.
Requirements (Nice to have)
  1. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent certification is a plus.
  2. Banking domain experience.
  3. Experience of working in SAFe environment.
  4. Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
  5. Experience with design thinking, prototyping, and user interface design.
  6. Experience with DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
