Job summary

Capgemini in Toronto is seeking a Senior Developer to work on a core mainframe cards and transactions system, delivering banking services across Online Banking, POS, and ATM channels.

You will design, develop, test, deploy and support software, lead conversions and audits, and collaborate with IT partners. Strong COBOL/JCL/IMS/DB2 experience is required, with CI/CD and z/OS tools a plus. After-hours support may be needed occasionally.

  • Completion of a post-secondary education.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong background in software maintenance, especially mainframe.
  • Expertise in COBOL, JCL, IMS (DB/Online/Batch), DB2, MQSeries, Git/Endevor and Zeke.

Responsibilities
