Job description

Introduction : Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Mail Clerk to join our client.

Contract Period : 4 months

Pay Rate : $18.72 per hour

Location : Kelowna, BC

Location Type : Onsite

Business Hours : Monday to Friday; 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

  • Job Responsibilities :
  • Report to the assigned Bank Retail Branch to support document filing and digitization processes.
  • Prepare paper documents filed in the branch for digitization.
  • Scan paper documents into the Ricoh copier/scanner.
  • Review digitally filed documents to confirm accuracy and ensure they meet all business requirements.
  • Manage files in the branch and ensure they are secured in their designated locations.
  • Provide daily and weekly updates to management via email and/or phone.
  • Adhere to the Bank’s Health and Safety rules; wearing a face mask is mandatory when operating in open areas of the branch.
  • Follow the Bank’s Privacy Policies and Employee Conduct Rules.
  • Remain flexible to support various initiatives in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Communicate issues, points of interest, and emerging risks promptly.
  • Experience & Qualifications :
  • Highly organized professional
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable operating photocopiers/scanners
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • All candidates must complete a criminal and credit check as part of the application process.
