Job Description

Is machining your passion, and do you want to manufacture parts for unique projects? We’re looking for someone to fill a machinist position for the evening shift at our Granby plant! Please note that candidates may be required to take a practical and/or theoretical test.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all types of set-up on CNC machines
• Read technical drawings
• Make minor adjustments to CNC machines
• Collaborate with the programmer to modify programs and make necessary changes

Requirements

• Vocational diploma in machining
• Minimum of two years experience on a CNC machining center
• Good knowledge of CNC programming languages

• Ability to select measuring instruments and adjust tools and machining parameters based on materials and work to be performed
