Our Lloydminster facility is a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on high-quality production, equipment longevity, and operational efficiency.

Position Summary

The Machinist is responsible for fabricating high-quality precision parts using a variety of conventional and Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, saws, and general shop equipment. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and engineering diagrams to determine production sequences, establish tolerances, and ensure all completed components conform strictly to company and industry specifications. • Precision Machine Operation: Set up, program, and operate a variety of conventional and CNC machine tools (including lathes, mills, and saws) to fabricate high-quality, custom precision parts.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and analyze complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals to determine production sequences, material requirements, and strict tolerance criteria.
  • Quality Control & Inspection: Verify part dimensions with 100% accuracy using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and height gauges.
