For machinery and industrial technology companies, the rise of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things provides both rich opportunity and continued relevance in the digital era. Many organizations, however, are still grappling with what being digital truly means. Adapting to an interconnected world, after all, calls for more than new technology.
