As a Machinery Diagnostics Engineer, you will provide customer service solutions to address critical rotating machinery assets, protection, and monitoring systems, including evaluating machinery conditions based on vibration analysis.

As a Machinery Diagnostic Services Field Engineer, your responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing machinery problems based on vibration data, operational data, and customer communications
  • Building relationships with customers to provide high-quality service and becoming their trusted advisor for rotating equipment health
  • Traveling to customer sites to provide support
  • Writing technical reports with conclusions and recommendations
  • Defining KPIs to analyze and measure performance and propose improvements
  • Applying HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Overseeing preparation of invoices, technical documents, and manufacturing records, ensuring compliance with internal documentation systems

Fuel your passion

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a 2-year technical degree with 4+ years of industry experience
  • Knowledge/experience in Power Generation, Chemical Plants, or similar industries
  • Mechanical experience with rotating equipment
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 80%
  • A valid passport and driver’s license
