Job description

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to be a vital part of a fast-paced production team? We’re looking for a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our growing team and keep things running smoothly!

Shift:

Days: 7:00AM- 7:00PM

Nights: 7:00PM-7:00AM

Shifts rotate every other week:

Shift#1

  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Shift #2

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate all machines with efficiency and confidence
  • Load and monitor machines to ensure maximum uptime
  • Prepare batches and materials for your assigned line
  • Collaborate with team leads for guidance when needed
  • Observe machine components for wear and performance issues
  • Follow 5S standards: keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
  • Sweep, mop, and sanitize your work area daily
  • Dispose of waste properly — no mixing pulp and garbage
  • Adhere to all health & safety policies, including proper use of PPE

Requirements:
