On behalf of our Client, a large manufacturing company of plastic products, we are looking for Converting Operators.

Job Duties
  • Operate assigned machinery individually or with teammates.
  • Perform quality checks every 15 minutes on products (size, appearance, defects, etc.).
  • Make minor adjustments to machinery as required.
  • Dispose of waste properly.
  • Follow safe work procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • High School diploma.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read basic measurement instruments.
Working Conditions
  • Twelve-hour shifts.
  • Follow a rotating schedule: one month of day shifts, followed by one month of overnight shifts.
  • Required to stand for long periods.
  • Environmental conditions may vary (hot/cold).
