• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Lift up to 50 lbs., perform activities like bending, carrying, pushing, pulling
• Communicate and problem solve with coworkers
• Stand and walk on concrete for long periods
• Work in varying temperatures
• Perform basic math and follow production specifications
• Relay information effectively across all employee levels
• Availability for overtime or weekend shifts as needed
• Pass a background check and drug screening upon offer

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with simple functions
• Set up and pre-run equipment for production startup
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, production rates, and ensure product quality and safety
• Perform quality checks
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including downtime and HACCP reports, using SAP and SOPs
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with company values and policies
