Machine Operator

This position is for Production, working from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime.

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating food processing machines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring smooth operation for optimal output
• Daily setup of machines
• Calibration
• Changeovers
• Weighing
• Packaging
• Maintaining sanitary conditions of the area and machines
• Operating machines according to guidelines

Ideal candidates will have machine operating experience. USDA experience is a plus. Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP is required. Candidates must be bilingual.

This position requires physical activity; employees must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, pull, push, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, stand for long periods, and work in cold temperatures.
