Position: Machine Operator

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Status: Permanent / Full-Time

Industry: Industrial / Food / Manufacturing / Machine Operator

Shift: Day shift (Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 4.00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating various types of machinery.
• Ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Focused on operating bakery packaging machinery, especially baggers and tub line equipment.
• Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
• Among other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary education or technical training an asset.
• 2 years related Machine Operator experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with high-speed food packaging systems preferred.
• Able to report to a day shift (8.00 AM – 4.00 PM).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
