Job summary

Erie Meats in Ontario is seeking a Production Operator to join our on-site food processing team. You will operate machinery to process, bag and package products, record production data and monitor gauges to ensure processing conditions meet our standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to handle heavy loads in a fast-paced plant, and good oral and written communication. Steel-toed boots are required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
• On-site location in Ontario (no remote option).
• Bondable security and safety.
• Able to work in a cold/refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to process, bag, box or otherwise package food products.
