Plasti-Fab, a Carlisle Company, seeks a manufacturing operator to run various machines and support daily production targets in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare equipment, cycle materials, and finalize products while recording quality data.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate safety awareness. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery to meet daily production goals.
• Prepare machines for specific jobs and cycle materials through to finished product.
• Record data for quality control and improvement functions.
• Assist with packaging and end-of-line work as needed.
• Adhere to safety requirements and 5S/SQDC practices.
