Qualifications

  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality standards.

Role: Machine Operator

Location: Saskatoon

Work Schedule: Day Shift- Monday-Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

As a Machine Operator, You Will Be Able To

  • Use the appropriate machine (CNC Router) to cut and/or bend various materials used in the production process.
  • Ensure efficient use of materials to minimize scrap set up and adjust machines and equipment.
  • Perform basic maintenance.
  • Assist in other fabrication stages as workflow demands.
  • Sand and deburr pieces as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work orders.
  • Inspect materials and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
  • Ensure the quality of all parts conform to specifications.
  • Experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance.
  • Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements.
  • Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.
  • Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time.
