A manufacturing company is seeking a slitter operator for its second shift in Ontario. The role requires monitoring finishing operations, ensuring product quality, and performing machine setups. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to train, and prior manufacturing experience. This position does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
Perform a variety of activities involved in the overall running of a slitter. Primary responsibilities include monitoring all phases of the finishing operation, maintaining productivity and quality, and maximizing waste reduction to ensure continuous improvement goals are met or exceeded.
Second Shift : 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Physical Requirements :
Perform physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 lbs., standing for up to 8+ hours, twisting, bending, and squatting.
