Position Overview:

Avolta is seeking accomplished and visionary individuals to join asMachine Learning Advisorswith a strong emphasis oncomputer vision. This is avoluntary advisory roledesigned for seasoned professionals who are passionate about contributing to the future of security, particularly in automotive applications such as anti-theft systems. Advisors will provide strategic guidance, share expertise, and help shape the direction of our machine learning initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who may later transition into executive leadership positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice and insights on the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, with a focus on computer vision applications for security systems, including automotive anti-theft solutions.
• Collaborate with Avolta’s leadership and technical teams to review and refine machine learning strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in machine learning, computer vision, and security technologies, and share relevant knowledge with the team.
• Participate in high-level discussions and brainstorming sessions to identify innovative solutions and opportunities for growth.
• Offer mentorship and guidance to technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Assist in evaluating the reliability, scalability, and security of machine learning systems from a strategic perspective.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a strong focus on computer vision.
• Proficiency in programming languages such asPythonandC.
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV).
