Job summary

BGIS is seeking a MAC Manager in Toronto, Ontario to plan and deliver facility moves, adds and changes, and related facility planning projects. You will coordinate with vendors, prepare cost estimates, and ensure projects meet timelines, scope and budget.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in facility moves or project coordination, with proficiency in AutoCAD and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of facility moves, adds and change and facility planning project work experience or 1 to 3 years of project coordination work experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD required
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver non-technical projects such as moves, adds and change projects according to requirements, on-time and within budget
• Ability to develop accurate cost estimates
• Ability to determine project requirements accurately
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence others to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Computer proficiency in MS Office applications with ability to quickly learn new applications

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $52,864 - $66,080 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education, professional designations and performance related to this role.
