Description

As a highly skilled make-up artist, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.

You will also work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and ensure the store always meets our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Qualifications

• While a qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur-level experience demonstrating high creative and technical skills.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to work in the country must be provided if invited for an interview.

Pay Range

Estimated hourly pay ranges from $16.85 to $27.15, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. The company offers additional benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, education programs, paid holidays, and vacation. Incentive programs like commissions or bonuses may also apply, details of which will be provided during onboarding.
