Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Ability to perform technical tasks in support of migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state architecture.
• Develop and maintain migration plans and timelines.
• Perform hands-on technical support for migration.
• Coordinate and validate testing and cutover activities.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Provide status updates and risk assessments throughout the project.
