Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in Alberta construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily residential construction projects from pre-construction through occupancy.
• Coordinate mechanical, plumbing, and fire suppression with other trades.
• Develop schedules, procurement sequencing, and execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with Alberta Building Code and safety regulations.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and progress reviews.
