Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage transactions and client matters in M&A.
• Oversee due diligence and issue legal opinions in the M&A field.
• Draft and review transactional agreements and commercial contracts.
• Draft and prepare financing documents for mergers and acquisitions.
• Supervise drafting of share capital structures and corporate documents.
