Base pay range

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator, Onboarding & Integrations to join our growing Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role can be based at our Corporate Head Office at Burnaby BC, Downtown Toronto or Brossard QC. This is an on-site position.

Job Overview

Reporting to the Director, Onboarding and Integrations, the Coordinator will be a key player supporting the highly acquisitive mandate at 123Dentist. The primary responsibility will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the integrations process to ensure a seamless onboarding and transition of new partner dental practices across Canada.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Liaise with prospective partner dentists and their staff to provide an exceptional onboarding experience with minimal disruption to their day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee and implement all components of onboarding new partnerships, ensuring that all objectives are met by the required dates.
  • Track, oversee and manage the integration checklist on the CRM system.
  • Assist in hosting onboarding meetings with partner dentists and clinical staff.
  • Communicate and build positive relationships with stakeholders including vendor partners, regional managers and dental office staff.
  • Collaborate with internal departments at 123Dentist.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and transition experience.
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
Education, Credentials, Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, operations management or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in operations, administration, or project management.
  • Bilingual in French/English required.
  • PMP or CAPM designation is an asset.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident presentation skills, including preparation of presentation documents.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
