We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction - pre- and post-close - including pre-deal and functional due diligence, enterprise-wide integrations, and complex divestitures, carve-outs and separations. Our work spans across a wide range of functional and cross-functional areas, within diverse sectors and industries. As a DDV Senior Manager, you will join a dynamic team of problem solvers dedicated to helping clients navigate complex business challenges, from strategy through execution. You will play a key role in driving value across the full deal lifecycle, partnering with other competencies within PwC’s Deals line of business to serve clients and deliver measurable results in high-stakes transactions. As a Senior Manager in Operations team, you will lead project teams in the delivery of operations-focused engagements, contribute to business development pursuits and participate in a wide range of professional development activities and initiatives. You will combine analytical and strong interpersonal skills to help you develop strong relationships and high-quality outcomes for clients while simultaneously promoting learning, community and skills development within your teams. You will play a key role in driving value within clients businesses and across the full deal lifecycle, partnering with other competencies within PwC’s Deals line of business in order to serve clients in delivering measurable results in high-stakes transformations and transactions.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements.
