Position Overview

Lead the identification, evaluation, and nurturing of potential acquisition targets aligned with strategic growth. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, coordinate acquisition processes, and support the portfolio CEO in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the M&A business development process from lead generation to LOI
  • Grow and protect the lead pipeline
  • Develop and nurture relationships with acquisition targets
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
  • Oversee the business development team and process

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and experienced in software industry dynamics, with strong leadership and analytical skills. They should be confident, innovative, and capable of working independently, with a willingness to travel and engage with industry events and targets.

  • 4+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, or M&A sourcing
